Cocktail Masterclass

Join a hands-on cocktail masterclass at Stillgarden Distillery led by award-winning liquid experts. Over a 60-minute session you’ll learn the history of distillation, watch a demonstration of the distillery’s state-of-the-art equipment, and craft two signature drinks under expert instruction. The experience is lively and informative, with friendly guides who can discuss Stillgarden’s ethos, sustainability projects and zero food waste policy. After the class you’re invited to relax in the speakeasy bar Lab8 or explore the on-site community garden.
